* IMPORTANT INFORMATION *

The vacation home you rent at this resort is owned by an entity under the laws and statutes of the State of Florida. The Rules & Regulations are not arbitrary but established within the condominium documents of the resort. Neither the management nor owners can make exceptions.

Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis upon availability.

Reservation is guaranteed only upon receipt of 2-days deposit refundable when cancellation notice is received 14 days prior to reservation date.

Credit cards accepted at this resort include VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

All prices subject to 13% sales tax.

Rates subject to change without notice.

Boats, trailers, mobile homes, recreation vehicles and the like are NOT PERMITTED on the Condominium Property. OCCUPANCY LIMITS: No more than four people in a one bedroom unit. No more than six people in a two bedroom unit.

Smoke Free Policy:

The Surf Rider is a smoke free resort, including all rooms, facilities, pool and common areas, unless in a specifically designated smoking area.  A $200.00 cleaning fee shall be assessed and strictly enforced to any guests who violate the No Smoking in room or on the balcony policy.

Check-in and Check-out

Renters Check-In Time: Daily at 4:00 pm or earlier upon availability.

Check-Out Time: 10:00 am.

Late Departure Fee may apply. Free Limited Parking for owners and guests.

Pets

No pets other than medically necessary certified service animals as permitted in accordance with State and Federal law.

Unit numbers are pre-assigned, but may be changed at the resort management’s discretion, but generally only in an emergency.
