Check-in and Check-out

Owners Check-In Time: Saturday at 4:00 pm or earlier upon availability.
Check-Out Time: Saturday 10:00 am.

Late Departure Fee may apply. Free Limited Parking for owners and guests.

Pets

No pets other than medically necessary certified service animals as permitted in accordance with State and Federal law.

RCI

The Surf Rider Condominium Association, Inc. is also a RCI (Resort Condominium Interval).  Owners who are members of RCI may trade and bank their weeks through RCI.

Smoke Free Policy:

The Surf Rider is a smoke free resort, including all rooms, facilities, pool and common areas, unless in a specifically designated smoking area.  A $250.00 cleaning fee shall be assessed and strictly enforced to any guests who violate the No Smoking in room or on the balcony policy.
